Sometimes this means we embed in your organization, sometimes delivering solutions as a collective team where objectivity and outside influence is required, and other times a bit of both. The point is we match individuals or a team to your problem, not to the discipline or industry they come from.

To give some rationale – the logo is designed to be a cell like structure (almost embryonic) that represents adaptive and dynamic elements coming together – expressed as smart/bright, vibrant, diverse and optimistic (i.e. key characteristics of The Kollektiv).
